The master of science in computer science requires a minimum of 30 credit hours of graduate-level computer science courses with at least a 3.0 grade point average. Students choose one of three plans to complete their degree. Students in the Data Science in Biomedicine track will complete a minimum of 36 credit hours of graduate-level courses. Students in the CS major receive a solid grounding in the fundamentals of computer languages, operating systems, computer architecture, and the mathematical abstractions underpinning computer science.
